Super Healthy Muesli

Our recipe for Antioxidant -Rich Muesli...a healthy way to start your day. This recipe makes about 12 servings and can be served with Semi Skimmed Milk or Low Fat Greek or Natural Yoghurt

  • 50g Flaked Almonds

  • 300g  Jumbo Porridge Oats

  • 75g unsweetened Puffed Rice

  • 40g Dried Goji Berries

  • 40g Dried Cranberries

  • 40g Pecan Nuts

  • 20g Sunflower Seeds

  • 10 Fresh Blueberries per Serving

You can toast the almonds over a medium heat if you like for added flavour. Mix dry ingredients together, add fresh Blueberries and serve. Store in airtight container. You obviously add any other fresh fruit , such as Raspberries or Strawbwerries, or try using Walnuts instead of Pecans.
