Posh Tuna Mayo
Tuna Mayo is just one of those easy weeknight meals that balances out some of the weekend overindulgences. We usually serve it with a jacket potato, but it could just as easily be served on toast or add a bit of lettuce and make it into a salad.

300g Tuna in Brine -drained

150g Hellmans Low Fat Mayo

1 small Red Onion Chopped

1 small clove Garlic Chopped

3 small pickled Gherkins Chopped

18 Capers
-
4-5 slices sun blushed tomatoes

Couple sprigs fresh Dill
-
Salt & Pepper to taste
Combine the ingredients and garnish with a few chopped chives and chillies.
Can be served hot or cold
