Posh Tuna Mayo

Tuna Mayo is just one of those easy weeknight meals that balances out some of the weekend overindulgences. We usually serve it with a jacket potato, but it could just as easily be served on toast or add a bit of lettuce and make it into a salad.

  • 300g Tuna in Brine -drained

  • 150g Hellmans Low Fat Mayo

  • 1 small Red Onion Chopped

  • 1 small clove Garlic Chopped

  • 3 small pickled Gherkins Chopped

  • 18 Capers

  • 4-5 slices sun blushed tomatoes

  • Couple sprigs fresh Dill

  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Combine the ingredients and garnish with a few chopped chives and chillies.

Can be served hot or cold

Above quantities serve three

Add 280 Cal (kcal) for a Large baked Potato
