
Grown up Hot Chocolate
Proper Hot Chocolate is a delicious indulgence on a chilly night. In this version we've gone one step further and added a tot of alcohol.
Guaranteed to warm you up and put a smile on your face, It was voted Hot Chocolate of the Year at the Rosehill Farm fireworks display!

1 Litre Semi-skimmed Milk

100g Dark Chocolate -70%+solids

60g Cadburys Bournville Cocoa Powder

60g Sugar

60g Milo
-
30g Cournflour

Generous pinch Cinnamon

100ml Tia Maria liqueur
Recipe
Gently warm the milk in a pan, and mix in the dry ingredients and chocolate, bring up to a gentle simmer being careful not to let it boil, Add the liqueur just before serving.
This makes 4 generous servings.
If you have'nt got Tia Maria in the cuboard then Khalua, Cointreau or even Whisky would be fine.
Horlicks could be used in place of Milo.
