Baked Camembert
Quick, easy and totally delicious this has bcome an instant family favourite. Look for a fairly firm Camembert preferably the sort in wooden packaging, this may mean 'buying French' but if we can get over then you will.
Baked in the woodfired oven and served with sourdough breadsticks this is a taste sensation!.
Recipe

1 Camembert (in wooden box)

Extra Virgin Olive oil

1 Clove Garlic thinly sliced

Balsamic Vinegar

3-4 Dried Cranberries, diced.

Few sprigs Fresh Rosemary
Score the top of the camembert in a crosshatch pattern, poke the slivers of garlic in and drizzle generously with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, Scatter dried cranberries and sprigs of Rosemary and bake on a high heat for about 15-20 mins....Simples!
